Refund Policy

1.1 Scope

Our professional cleaning sessions utilize advanced AI robot vacuum cleaners with mapping, pet-mode, and route optimization features. Services are provided at the address or location specified in the order details.

1.2 Scheduling and Rescheduling

You may request a change of service date or time up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment by submitting a request via contact form. Any adjustments are subject to confirmation by our support team.

1.3 Cancellation and No Reimbursement

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service date are not eligible for reimbursement due to allocation of equipment and personnel. This policy ensures optimal planning and resource management.

2. Informational Products

Digital guides, tutorials, and manuals provided by vacunex are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the digital nature, purchases of informational content are final. No reimbursements are available once access credentials or download links have been provided.

3. Physical Goods

3.1 Eligibility for Reimbursement

Physical items, such as replacement parts or accessories, may be eligible for reimbursement within 30 days of delivery if they remain unused and in original packaging. To initiate a reimbursement request, complete the form via contact form.

3.2 Processing of Reimbursements

Approved reimbursement requests are processed through the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. If the original method is unavailable, an alternative arrangement will be made in agreement with you.

vacunex makes no warranties beyond those expressly stated. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service or item in question.
